ABOUT THE EVENT
The objective of this statistical physics workshop is to generate spaces to visualize and dicuss research in this area. As a group of students, postdoc and staff of the Universidad Católica del Norte, we consider that the research of statistical physics, both In Chile and in the world, is of utmost importance for technological development and knowledge in general, being this branch of Physics one of those that emerges most strongly in current scientific development, which is becoming increasingly interdisciplinary.
